RESERVATION CENTER
Thanks to our online reservation center and our call center
every demand will be satisfied in a very short period of time.
Our reservation system works in real time. It is fast, easy
to use and highly securized. We offer bed and breakfast rooms
that the tourist can book online. After the validation of
the reservation the client receives a confirmation by e-mail
or / and by fax with the accommodation’s name, adress
and telephone number. After this, the reservation is taken
in consideration by the requested Hotel, bed and breakfast,
gîte etc.
The client will pay for the room on his/her departure day.
We guarantee the confidentiality
of the transactions and the security of the client’s
credit card number.
While booking, the credit card number information will be
send via a highly securized Internet server that encrypts
all personal and bank information so that it will be impossible
for an outsider to see them.
In order to stop any unauthorised access and fraudulent utilisation
of these information we have strict security procedures for
stocking and divulging them in accordance with the present
laws.
We also have a call center whose
telephone number is advertised all over the world thanks to
our partners. Our receptionists have hundreds of telephone
