  1. How can I check the 
                    Hotel's availability ?
 You just need to check up our 
                    offer. For each Hotel, once you have selected your dates for 
                    your stay, we give you a planning with the Hotel's availability. 
                    All you need to do is to click on the "reserve" 
                    button, to give your credit card number (you will not be debited) 
                    in order to validate your stay. We will automatically validate 
                    your stay by contacting the Hotel (by fax or by e-mail). If you need help or simply an advice you can contact our CUSTOMER

  2. What do I do when there is no vacancy for the chosen Hotel 
                    in the chosen period ?
 There are several reasons for 
                    that : the Hotel is full for at least one of the chosen 
                    period, the day of reservation is too close to the chosen 
                    period, the proposed prices are corresponding to a longer 
                    period than your chosen period. We can help you in your validation by calling at 00

                    € /min) from Monday till Saturday from 9 am till 
                    7 pm. Our personnel will find the best solution to suite you 
                    as quickly as possible.
  3. Can I book my room using my credit card ?
 Yes, you can. We propose this 
                    in order to transfer your reservation directly to the chosen 
                    Hotel and to validate the dates and the prices corresponding 
                    to your period of choice. This enables us to work more eficiently 
                    and in a shorter period of time. The information concerning 
                    your credit card are strictly confidential. To assure your 
                    security, all credit card transactions are SSL secured, a 
                    system that encrypts the credit card number in order to protect 
                    it from external use. Your card will not be debited ( the 
                    payment is only requested at your departure from the Hotel). Giving 
                    your credit card number is a measure to guarantee the validity 
                    of your stay. You also have the possibility to call us at

                    € /min) in order to give us your credit card number. 
                    Once we have all the information about you, the reservation 
                    is validated. If you want to cancel it you will be obliged 
                    to pay cancelation fees – see the reservation conditions 
                    for the Hotel of your choice.  4. How long do I have to wait for my Hotel confirmation ?
 Once your credit card is validated, 
                    the confirmation of your reservation is sent to the Hotel 
                    of your choice and you will receive this same confirmation 
                    by mail or by fax (if you have asked for it). The complete validation 
                    of your stay will take from one to five minutes. You need 
                    to keep this confirmation of validation because you will be 
                    asked to show it at the Hotel's reception. You can verify 
                    yourself your confirmation of validation by consulting the 
                    reservation/cancelation rubric.  5. How can I modify or cancel my reservation ?
 If you desire to modify or cancel 
                    your reservation please consult our reservation/cancelation

  6. If at my arrival I have a problem with 
                    my Hotel what should I do ?
 The first thing you have to do 
                    is to contact the person in charge from your Hotel. If he/she 
                    cannot help you need to call us at 00 33 4 90 80 01

                    from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7 pm. Besides this schedule 
                    you can call at the mobile phone number given to you while 
                    booking your room. If you loose your reservation note or if 
                    the Hotel does not have a reservation at your name, we will 
                    solve the problem for you in a very short period of time.  7. Can I ask for extra services ?
 If you want to make an early/late 
                    reservation, book a smoking or non smoking room, have a different 
                    bed arrangement, a parking or transportation from the train 
                    station/ airport to your Hotel, you need to ask it at contact@infotourisme.net. 
                    We will forward your demand directly to the Hotel of your 
                    choice. If you need information on tourist 
                    routes, events and leisure activities close to your Hotel, 
                    you can check www.infotourisme.net 
                    , a site of one of our partners that gives all this kind of 
                    information for more than 3,500 towns and cities in France.
  8. What type of credit card do you accept 
                    ?
 We take Visa cards, MasterCard, 
                    American Express cards, Diners Club cards, Maestro (NOT German 
                    EC-card), Visa Electron cards. The client has to submit a 
                    valid credit card by filling in the credit card form. The client has to make sure that the information given in 
                    the form is correct. Our company doesn't assume the wrong 
                    information given by its clients.
  9. What are the conditions to validate my 
                    reservation ?
 The client needs to fill in a 
                    valid e-mail adress on the reservation form. This adress will 
                    be used to exchange information and to confirm your reservation. 
                    On the form, the client has to give valid information. Our company doesn't assume the 
                    wrong information given by its clients.
  10. What 
                    are your selling conditions ?
 Our team is highly concerned 
                    about the information given on our site. However, our company 
                    doesn't assume any responsability concerning errors or omissions 
                    presented on our site. We reserve ourselves the right to change 
                    the information on our site at anytime and without notice.  We also do not assume any unavailable 
                    equipment, maintenance periods, accidents or any lost object. For any complaint or problem, 
                    you need to contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or by

                    the problem you will be asked for a written document. Our 
                    society does not sell any serivce; it offers the possibility 
                    to put in contact the client and the Hotel. We do not offer 
                    any guarantee on the Hotel's services.
  11. What is your role ?
 Infotourisme acts like an intermediary 
                    between all types of accommodations, airline companies, rental 
                    car companies, travel agencies, tour operators and the tourist…By accepting our membership conditions, you agree that Infotourisme 
                    acts only as a representative for all these services according 
                    to the article 2, law 92-645 from July 13th 1992.
 When a client will make a reservation 
                    online, the contract will be done between the client and the 
                    service supplier. Without any law to prescribe 
                    it, Infotourisme takes no responsability for any default coming 
                    from suppliers of accomodation, travel packages or any other 
                    tourist services in relation with the contract they signed 
                    with the distributor.
