You will arrive at the Castle of Bridge-Rilly after having traversed a splendid paved alley. The Castle of Bridge-Rilly is l' one of the most impressive houses in Normandy. It was conceived in 1765 by l' architect Pierre-Raphaël de Lozon for the marquis d' Ourville. A vault, a house, cattle sheds, barns, a mill and a bakery were added in 1774 to return l' together more harmonious. The vast lawns on which asses and sheep graze are divided by small channels themselves offering an ideal framework of life to the swans and ducks. The peacocks walk in the gardens among many other boarders (hens, cock, ducks…). L' interior of the castle remained unchanged since the 18th century: parquet floor of Versailles, splendid marble woodworks and chimneys in each room, the whole furnished with old pieces of furniture.
